Does Crossroads accept insurance?

Crossroads Wellness Center works with many insurance carriers. If your specific insurance is  not accepted, we offer affordable cash rates as an alternative.

What is the range of pricing for various services at Crossroads?

Accepted Answer

Chiropractic visit pricing varies based on the client's insurance. New Client initial appointments are $165 and follow-ups are normally $45.

Functional Medicine visits pricing can range from $180-$250 depending on the length of the appointment.

Massage appointments pricing varies based on the client's insurance and ranged from $45 to $90.

Are referrals for care required?

Referrals for care at Crossroads are only necessary for those being referred by the VA for chiropractic care or massage therapy.

What is included in a new client appointment?

Accepted Answer

A new client initial appointment lasts up to 45 minutes and includes a consultation, exam, and initial treatment.

What first visit paperwork needs completed before arriving?

Please find the Client Forms section at the top of the menu on our website.  Please bring your filled out paperwork with you to your appointment or email them beforehand to info@crossroadswellnessfw.com.

Are walk-in appointments available?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to accept walk-in appointments, even for established patients. To respect the time of our physicians and our scheduled patients, we require an appointment to be made. If there is a medical emergency, please call 911 or head to the emergency room.

How can I pay for an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Please write a check or fill in your credit card number (including the security code and expiration date) on the back of the invoice and mail it back to Crossroads.

Does Crossroads accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Cards?

All of the services at Crossroads can be paid with an HSA or Flex Card.

What are the fees for missed appointments?

Accepted Answer

Missed appointment fees are as follows:

Massage Appointment = Total service fee
Chiropractic Adjustment = $30.00
Functional Medicine Visit = up to $110.00 
New Client Visit = $120.00

All No Show Fees must be paid before rescheduling at our clinic.

Does Crossroads take on personal injury cases?

Accepted Answer

Dr. Spencer Brauchla takes on personal injury cases, excluding third party motor vehicle claims. For third party motor vehicle claims, client's can pay Crossroads and then be reimbursed by the claim.
